The Role:
Reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Manager the Global Digital & Social Media Coordinator will help manage and execute digital marketing and social media initiatives. You will support the daily operations, collaborate cross functionally, analyze data, and partner with our regions and agencies to ensure all efforts align with the marketing calendar and department goals.

What you will do:
Oribe.com
- Lead preparation of launch materials including product setup, copy, and asset management
- Liaise with regions to share copy files and route for translation.
- Site Merchandising.
- Configure homepage modules/banners according to digital calendar.
- Ensure site categories are kept up to date with relevant products and sorted to feature new products and best sellers
- Oribe.com sample and promotion management
- Manage global salon locator updates.
- Partner with Product Creation team to add new products to ClearForMe and Provenance platforms to display on oribe.com.
- Set up blog articles and ensure they are properly categorized and referenced among other areas of the website.
- Lead Bazaarvoice ratings and reviews moderation.
- Support Ecommerce Operations Manager in the management of customer service agency and inquiries.
Digital & Social Media
- Partner with social agency on community management efforts for our consumer and professional channels
- Compile and analyze data for monthly and quarterly digital reports (email & social).
- Day-to-day email execution inclusive of building templates, scheduling, sharing copy for translations and coordinating with the creative team.
- Assist with go-to-market webinar and launch preparations.
- Develop content ideas for existing and emerging social platforms such as TikTok.
- Initiate YouTube channel scheduling and moderation.
- Coordinate warehouse orders for various projects.
- Assist in the management of creative feedback and requests
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ year's experience.
- Proficiency in social platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok and passion for emerging platforms.
- Aware of trends in the digital marketing field (email, video, web, social, e-commerce).
- An eye for style and ability to spot and interpret trends across fashion, beauty, and media/pop culture.
- Ability to pull data from different resources and translate it into trends, actionable plans, and reporting templates.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
