The role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs you will have responsibility for managing the daily operations of regulatory department. This will include product notifications/registrations, extended producer responsibility as well as special projects such as EU/UK REACH compliance and mandatory regulatory surveys/reporting. You will also oversee adverse reaction investigation, monitor/research and execution of regulatory updates.

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will manage one direct report.

What you will do:

Oversee the daily operation of regulation department (including the direct report)
Oversee the integrity of Regulatory Platform
Regulatory Projects (EU/UK REACH, Mandatory surveys/reporting)
Product Registration and Notifications
Adverse Reaction Investigation
Regulatory Support for internal & external teams such as product claim substantiation, In-depth regulatory review (raw ingredients & final formulas), product artwork review

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree (BS/BSc or BA) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science-related discipline
5+ years of experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry
5+ years of experience
2+ years of experience
Fluent knowledge of global (USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia) cosmetic regulations
Fluent knowledge of USA and Canada drug regulations
